More than 4,000 babies are born here every year, and each one is a little miracle. At UF Health, we know that the birth of your child is one of life's most precious moments.

From our experienced and compassionate University of Florida physicians and specially trained staff to our comfortable delivery suites, we create a warm, family-friendly environment. We will be with you every step of the way, from prenatal education and obstetric care to choice of childbirth and delivery. At UF Health, we don't just deliver babies, we help create families.

While most pregnancies and births go just as planned, UF Health's team of experts, using the latest technology, is fully prepared for any circumstances. In fact, there are five obstetrical-care physicians in the hospital at all times to insure that any emergency is immediately and expertly managed.
