First Call representatives are available to assist physicians and their staff with access to University of Florida and Shands Jacksonville specialty clinics.

If you would like to schedule a patient, have questions about a referral, or wish to speak directly to a UF physician, please call our First Call representatives at 904-633-0411. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
